Kathleen is a Senior Managing Director at Ankura Capital Advisors LLC, based in New York. Kathleen guides clients capital raising, M&A strategy, and financial restructuring. Her focus is on sectors such as Industrials, Business Services, Consumer Products, Secondary Sales, Real Estate, and other hard assets, along with restructuring and special situations. She leverages her deep financial background and extensive industry relationships to create accelerated access to investment capital and perform value-added capital advisory.

Jason Correia

CPA - Principal

Clifton Larson Allen

Jason is a Principal in CLA’s Private Equity industry group and joined CLA via merger in 2021. Jason has significant experience in assurance and consulting, including working with a wide range of closely held companies in many industries. He provides buy-side quality of earnings and post-deal support to private equity, family offices, strategic buyers, and search funds. He also provides sell-side quality of earnings and assistance services to privately held middle market companies working with an investment bank or broker to enhance their value. Jason has more than eight years of experience on transactions (and more than 12 years of overall experience) involving middle-market companies in industries such as manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, technology, professional services, construction, transportation and other B2B businesses.

Elizabeth (Betsy) A. Falkoff

Betsy is a Principal in Cummings & Lockwood’s Private Clients Group and is based in the Stamford office. Betsy has over 10 years of experience in trusts and estates law. She represents individuals and families in the creation and implementation of sophisticated estate plans facilitating the passage of wealth through generations. Betsy’s estate planning practice includes gift planning and the use of trusts as tools for asset management, creditor protection, charitable giving and minimization of taxes. She has extensive experience as a trusts and estates fiduciary advisor representing Executors and Trustees in the administration of complex estates and trusts in both Connecticut and New York.

Seán O’Dowd

CFA - Managing Director

Silvercrest Asset Management

Seán is a Managing Director focused on advising on liquidity events, independent valuation analysis, restructurings and business success planning. Prior to joining Silvercrest, Mr. O’Dowd spent 13 years at Bessemer Trust, where he helped create Bessemer Trust’s Family Company Advisory group, which provided corporate finance advisory services to clients. He has also worked in investment banking within Lehman Brothers’ Power Group and corporate finance and valuation work at Ernst & Young and KPMG. Mr. O’Dowd holds Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from the Yale School of Management. He is also a CFA Charterholder and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts. Mr. O’Dowd is a member of the board of directors for the Irish American Writers & Artists, where he serves as Treasurer. He is also a North American Ambassador for the Celtic FC Foundation where he is part of the Founders Club.
